Jai Hind Educational & Welfare Society Website Launch

Jai Hind Educational & Welfare Society launched its website www.jaihindsociety.com on 3rd February, 2016 at Salmiya Indian Model School (SIMS). The website was launched by Dr. Anis Ahmed, a well known educationalist and Director of SIMS in the presence of many prominent personalities and dignitaries. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Anis congratulated the founder and team members of Jai Hind Society for embarking on the cause of education, which is intensely required for socio-economic development of the society and country. He also noted that the exemplary educational institutions of the day such as AMU and BHU were only made possible because of the painstaking and unwavering efforts of visionaries such as Sir Syed Ahmed Khan and Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya. He expressed his hope and desire to see Jai Hind School to flourish in the same manner and magnitude that generations would reap the benefit and remember people behind this noble cause. Founder of the Society Mr. Shakeel Ahmad Khan briefed about the society and its upcoming English Medium school “Jai Hind Public School” in Balrampur District. Mr. Khan said that Education is a fundamental human right and must for everyone to prosper with dignity. He expressed his confidence that Jai Hind will strive to provide equal educational environment & opportunity to all sections of the society, regardless of religion, caste, color, disability, gender or financial inequities. He further elaborated that “the Society” aims to work and make a concerted effort toward ensuring that children from socioeconomically disadvantaged sections in particular and other sections of the society in general, get equal opportunity in life to bloom & flourish to their full potential and get the best education possible. He ended his speech by thanking the guests and dignitaries for attending the event. He also requested everyone present to support and contribute to this noble pursuit in whatever capacity they could to help discharge the demanding task of imparting quality education. Dr. Mujtaba Momin, Professor American University of Middle East, Mr. Deepak Kumar Seth, Senior Administration Indian Community School, Dr. Shafi Hashim, Advisor Amiri Diwan, Mr. Rehan Zaheer Khan (Brother of Mr. Rizwan Zaheer, Ex. MP Balrampur), Mr. Mohammad Khan, Managing Director Kuwait Imports Co, Mr. Noorul Hasan Shaikh, President UP NRI Forum Kuwait also spoke on the occasion and stressed on the importance of education in the development of society and the nation as a whole. They narrated stories of hardship and stiff opposition faced by community reformers in our beloved country, when they took up education as their task. Together they congratulated the Society’s team for taking up such challenging but noble task. Mr. Qaseem Nadvi, Eng. Nasir Saifi, Mr. Mohamamd Azam, Mr. Abdul Malik, Mr. Mohammad Sufiyan, Mr. Kaleem Ansari, Mr. Adnan Siddiqui and Mr. Mujeebur Rahman also spoke briefly and stressed on the need for quality and value-based education and pledged their support and good wishes to Jai Hind Society. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Mr. Shakeel Ahmad Khan, Founder and Honorary Chairman of the society followed by refreshment. ****
